FEATURES OF HELICAL SPRING BEARING：
A) Recovering backlash automatically when working in high temperature
This bearing has helical spring shaped inner ring and outer ring that are flexible in axial and radial direction with the change of temperature, so it can maintain a stable backlash and will not be locked when working in high temperature.

B) Impact resistance
This bearing has helical spring shaped inner ring and outer ring that are quenched, tempered and reformed in high temperature, so it is very rigid and stable.

C) Self-improvement of lubrication condition
There is a helical groove formed on each inner ring, outer ring and spiral roller to store grease and dirt, so the bearing can improve lubrication condition and clean itself. Therefore, the useful life of the bearing is prolonged.

D) Maintaining good performance in bending distortion
The inner and outer rings made from springs make this bearing flexible. In addition, there is a clearance between the inner ring and the outer ring. Therefore, the bearing can maintain good performance in bending distortion.

So this bearing is very suitable for tandem mill and transmission equipment working in high temperature.
